Annual Camping Weekend in Big Sur, CA at Fernwood Resort

May 20, 21 & 22, 2016

We are selling a limited number of three-day camping and event passes. 13 years of age and older. Children age 12 and under are free with their parents. (This will includes tickets for all three days of music).

It is all general admission camping whether you are sleeping in a tent, an RV or under the stars. This includes the music event and camping for 3 nights 5/20, 5/21, 5/22 (vehicles not included you must purchase a car pass to bring in your vehicle. *please note: only a very limited number of car passes will be sold).

We are selling car passes for a flat rate of $30.00 (that is good for all 3 days, RVer's must purchase a car pass)

THERE IS LIMITED PARKING AT THE EVENT AND PARKING ON HIGHWAY 1 IS NOT ALLOWED!

If you are bringing an RV we recommend that you come in the day before the event starts or arrive early on Friday 5/19 to make sure you can get parked and situated before the tenters arrive.

Check in time is after noon on 5/20. Check out time is 11:00 AM on Monday, May 22.

We are going to ask you to please leave your pets at home for the event.

All Motel Rooms, Tent Cabins, Adventure Tents and Cabins come with festival tickets. DO NOT buy your tickets on eventbrite unless you are buying a 3 DAY CAMPING TICKET, If you are staying in one of the other types of units your accomodations will include tickets to the event and can only be secured by calling the resort.

SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

NEW PARKING LIMITATIONS! As usual, parking is limited for this event and we strongly encourage carpooling to the event. There is NO PARKING ALLOWED ON HIGHWAY 1. Please take this next few days, until the tickets go on sale Jan 13th, to work out your carpooling situation. All people coming to this event must be registered guests, there is no day use allowed and ALL cars for people coming to the event must have car passes and be parked in the campground or in established parking spaces in front of your accommodations. There are a limited number of car passes as well, so that means we all have to come together to make this work! If you are planning on coming to this event and you do not have a car pass, YOU MUST CARPOOL. There is NO overflow parking. The future of outdoor music events at Fernwood Resort depend on your cooperation. Thank you.
