Join us on April 19, 2015 as we come together for a meal in celebration of all good things on this green earth. Chefs John Childers (Herons at The Umstead), Chris Hill (Faire), Kim Hunter (KimBap Cafe), Kevin Hubbard (Patrick Jane's Pizza), along with Robin Bilodeau (Searstone), Bryan and Samantha Squires and Regan Stachler (Little Hen) will collaborate to create a 7-course tasting menu in a setting that will make you see green! The evening begins at 430pm with cocktails, followed by a seated dinner. Returning, are our friends from Straw, Sticks and Bricks Brewing Co., Crude Bitters & Sodas, and Muddy Dog Roasting Co.
Tickets are $100/person, inclusive of 2 drinks (choice of beer/cocktail/wine), and inclusive of tax and gratuity.
This is is not a BYO event. Additional beer, wine and cocktails will be available for purchase.

Dates and Times are subject to change due to the pop-up nature of dinner events.

Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to make an event, please email us first as we always maintain a wait list.

Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. Wait listed names are offered tickets in the order names are placed.

Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. We understand that life gets in the way and that sometimes there is just no way to keep previously scheduled commitments.

All event location and details are emailed to ticket holders 36 hours prior to the event.

Please advise of any allergies or other dietary restrictions upon purchase of tickets.

Some of the proceeds from each event benefit a not for profit organization or charity. Proceeds from this dinner will be donated to Western Wake Farmers Market (www.wwfm.ag)

Secret Supper Club. Chefs get together, cook inventive food, enjoy each other's company, hone their skills, share professional anecdotes, pursue culinary interests outside of their comfort zone, showcase talents in cuisines and media, sometimes, other than what they are known for. YOU come, eat, and benefit from this culinary experimentation and camaraderie. brings together chefs from the Triangle to engage in a shared desire for culinary hijinks. Some proceeds from each dinner will benefit a chosen not-for-profit profit charity. The mission of is to increase the interaction between chefs and diners; to provide talented chefs with an extra-curricular outlet for creativity; to draw attention to a different level of farm-to-table cuisine in the area; to allow chefs to further give back to their communities. Each dinner is unique. Each location, a secret. Some dinners are casual and yet some others will be more formal. A venue could be indoor or outdoor, on a farm or in a ballroom. Sometimes alcoholic beverages will be included as part of the meal and sometimes dinners will be BYO. Honor system. Honor the unwritten supper club rules, honor the private location. What happens at a dinner, stays at the dinner. We are excited about all of the culinary possibilities that await us, and we have so much planned and in store for all of you. Onward!
