Friends of Brooker Creek Return the Preserve Work Day
Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (EDT)
Please join fellow workers to help remove grape vine overgrowth and exotics from the area near the parking lot boardwalk entrance. We can use all the help we can get! We have made great progress since February and we are looking forward to completing the initial removal of unwanted material in this area! The before and after appearance of this area says it all.
Please wear closed toed footwear, gloves, eye protection, long sleeves, and long pants. If you can bring tools such as clippers and loppers, that would be great. Bug spray is recommended. Breakfast snacks and water will be provided.
For more information, please contact Evan Earle at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This event is hosted by the Friends of Brooker Creek Preserve.
