Fall Product Survey for Oak Hills High School After Prom

Our Mission Statement: Oak Hills High School PTA is committed to providing an After Prom Celebration Event that encourages a fun & memorable experience in an environment that is safe and free from sex, drugs, alcohol and violence.

That being said, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The Fall OHHS After Prom Product Survey is Monday, November 3, 2014 from 3-8 pm in the Media Center at the high school.

Your survey will take approximately 30 minutes, but no more than 45. After Prom earns money for each completed survey, but you don't spend a dime! This is one of the few fundraisers we have that ask for community support.

Please register for a time slot and feel free to pass this along to any adult age 18 and up!
