The EOP Town Hall meeting is the kickoff event of the semester which provides students with the opportunity to learn of any EOP changes, upcoming events, and gain information about specific EOP policies and requirements; attendance is MANDATORY for all EOP new and continuing students. Please choose the time that best fits your schedule, as check in for this event is based on the specific session ticket that you order.
Please register by 3:00pm, on Monday, August 10, 2015, as ticket sales will close after this date/time. Arrival after the designated check-in time for a session will result in no admission into the current session. Due to limited spacing in the Theater, you will not be allowed to switch sessions after you order your session ticket. No walk ins will be taken the day of the event.
If you are unable to attend for justifiable reasons, please submit a complete EOP Status Appeal form (located on the EOP homepage at sjsu.edu/eop) by 3:00pm on Monday, August 10, 2015. If you are submitting for work, travel or health reasons, documentation is required along with your form and statement (see form for details).
