تدعوكم جمعية المحاسبين الإداريين - قطر لأول مرة لورشة عمل باللغة العربية بعنوان: "أساسيات إعداد الموازنات والخطط المالية" وذلك يوم السبت بتاريخ 28 أكتوبر 2017 من الساعة 6 م إلى الساعة 9 مساء في فندق ماريوت الدوحة - سيتي سنتر، قاعة العرين.
ستتناول الورشة مايلي:
أ. مقدمة عن الموازنة والأساليب العلمية لإعدادها.
ب. دور الموازنة في نجاح المؤسسات.
ج. موازنة الشركات الصناعية، والتجارية، والخدميّة
د. تقدير موازنة المبيعات والإنتاج والتكاليف.
ه. موازنة التدفقات النقديّة.
و. الدور الرقابي للموازنة وتقارير الموازنة الدورية.
عدد الساعات الممنوحة:3.5 CPE
الرسوم: الورشة مجانية لجميع الحضور
يبدأ التسجيل في الساعة 5:30 م وتبدأ المحاضرة في الساعة 6 مساء.
