Although remote teams have become more common over time, we arrived at this point sooner than we all thought we would. Due to the pandemic COVID-19, we have all been forced to rethink our approach to work. How do we maintain an aligned vision if we cannot physically meet? Edutainment for Equity has had a remote staff for over a year. It is not without challenges but it has been not only possible, but we have been able to not only continue the work that we were doing before, we have been able to expand our brand and enter into new partnerships. In the workshop, we will give you strategies for crafting, maintaining and growing a remote team.
