DC Tar Heel Service Day 2014

We're celebrating Tar Heel Service Day on October 11th and UNC alumni across the country will be coming together over the course of the weekend to participate in service activities that give back to their communities.

The DC Carolina Club will be volunteering for a second year in a row with Food For All DC. We will help prepare and pack boxes of groceries which we'll then deliver to Food For All DC designated families around the city. Cars are not needed. You can ride with another DC Tar Heel, or you can just come to help pack the groceries. While we start promptly at 9am, we will finish whenever all the food is packed and groceries are delivered.

If you are taking public transit, the closest metro is U Street.
