NEW DANIEL PLAN GROUPS FORMING – Lake Forest Campus

The Daniel Plan Study teaches how to incorporate healthy choices into your daily lifestyle with emphasis on the key areas of Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends.

Come and bring a friend to help you on your health journey.

Registration is FREE. The study guide will be sold the first two (2) weeks of class. If you prefer, you can purchase the study guide ahead of time on the weekends at our Lake Forest campus bookstore or order them on www.danielplan.com.

**No childcare will be provided.**
