Chefs of Tomorrow

This summer camp offers an introduction to basic cooking and baking skills for students entering grades 6-8 in the fall. WSU Dining Services' Chef Randy will discuss kitchen safety and show proper usage of utensils, then guide students as they put together a gourmet breakfast, a sensible lunch and a unique family dinner. Families will have the opportunity to sample dishes on the last day of camp.
Each student will be receive a cutting glove, chef's hat, apron and recipe book.
This camp meets every afternoon from 1pm to 4pm at the Tau Center on West Campus (511 Hilbert St.)
