BOOST YOUR PROFIT WITH IPR - How to boost your business through an active IPR approach.
In collaboration with The Patent and Trademark Office we offer a two-part workshop about IPR on the 11/5 at 16.15-20.15 in SDU Cortex Lab.
You can choose to participate in either Part 1 or in Part 1 + Part 2.
- Part 1 gives you a general introduction to IPR (48 spots).
- Part 2 let you work with IPR on your own ideas (24 spots).

You will learn to consider whether competitors just are competitors? Can you use their ideas for inspiration developing and validating new ideas? Can they be partners?
You will know what IPR is.
You will know the free and online tools there that are practical to use when working with protection of ideas and knowledge.

The program is divided into two parts.
Participate in Part 1 for a general introduction to IPR, or in both Part 1 + Part 2 to get in-depth 1:1 sparring on IPR seaching and strategy.

- Presentation of what IPR is
- What does it mean for the bottom line to have an active IPR approach?
- Case: An group exercise with the purpose of learning to define the good idea for two different products

PART 2:
18.15 - 20.15
You will get the opportunity for 1:1 sparring on your own ideas. We review in plenum how the different search engines work. Then you have the opportunity to make searches regarding your own ideas while getting sparring on the use of search engines from an employee PATLIB SDU university library.
During Part 2 you will also have the opportunity for 1:1 sparring regarding an IPR strategy for your idea.
SDU Cortex Lab will provide snacks and drinks to everybody.
People joining both parts will receive a sandwich during the break.
