Booktopia 2014: Asheville, NC

This form is to register as an official attendee at Booktopia Asheville NC 2014. You must still arrange for your own lodging, meals, and travel expenses. Please see our websitefor more information. About 2-3 months prior to Booktopia Asheville, you will need to sign up for individual author sessions and other events. We will email you with more information before that time.

IMPORTANT: You may pay by check or credit card. If you wish to pay by check, choose "other payment options" under the "Register" button, and click "Pay Offline." Then proceed with registration.

COST:

The cost for Booktopia Asheville 2014 is $125, payable in two installments: a $75 nonrefundable deposit at the time of registration, with the balance of $50 due when you sign up for individual author sessions. To help offset this cost, each guest who attends a Booktopia event will receive a $50 gift card to spend at Malaprop's Bookstore. If you’ve paid your $125 in full and cannot attend the event, we will donate your unused gift card to a local literacy organization as chosen by our partner bookstore. We hope you’ll agree that this is a workable solution to keep the event affordable and reduce the number of last-minute cancellations. (Each installment will be subject to a small service fee charged by Eventbrite). We absorb all Paypal fees.

You may pay by credit card or mail a check. The address to mail the check will appear on your confirmation page and confirmation email.

Registration fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Please do not register until you are sure that you can attend.

Registration is limited in order to keep the event intimate. Registration is first-come, first-served. We will keep a waiting list in case of cancellations.

If you are planning on attending any of the small group sessions or social events, please register. Friends and spouses who will be staying with you but not participating in official Books on the Nightstand events do not require a registration.

Once registered, you will be on our list to receive retreat-specific updates and to register for individual author sessions. Those will be announced closer to the retreat dates.
