Event Details

 

Bay End Farm in Buzzards Bay + The Blue Room in Cambridge 

are taking back the “farm to table” movement  by putting

one long table back in the middle of the farm. 

 

as we have for the last 5 years,

we will be setting our table

out in the field

amidst the beautiful

garden of organic vegetables and

under the sun

on three gorgeous late

summer afternoons ..

paired with organic /biodynamic wines

 

$95 per person

$75 for Bay End Farm CSA members

FAQs

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

-- we have plenty of free parking on the farm.

 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

-- this is a "BYOP" event. please BRING your own dinner PLATE. 

 water conservation efforts are an ongoing concern on the farm.

 

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

-- yes, please feel free to pass your ticket on to a friend if you cannot make it.

 

What happens if it rains?

-- our farm dinners are held RAIN or SHINE.  in the event of rain

  we will put up a tent or move the event indoors.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

-- tickets are fully refundable if cancelled 7 days or more in advance of the event.  within 7 days

tickets may be transferred to another guest, but are not refundable.

 

What is on the menu?

-- the menu is decided on based on Bay End Farm's available ingredients the week of the event.  this means we DO NOT KNOW what we will be preparing until the DAY OF the event when we do all of our picking.  we look to source other ingredients locally, whether it is freshly caught Cape Cod Striped Bass or Bluefish, Duxbury Mussels, Massachusetts raised Pork or Beef.  the key is that we cook with what the land gives us and we build our meals with the best.

-- also please note .. the menu is the menu.  we're working away from the comforts of our Cambridge kitchens and cannot easily substitute ingredients or preparations.  If you have dietary restrictions you may need to consider skipping a course that does not agree with you, or decide that this may not be the event for you.
