Around the World in 80 Sweets: An Evening with the World's Best Pastry Chefs
For one night only, 80 of the world’s preeminent pastry chefs will gather in New York City for the first time to present a unique tasting experience, benefitting City Harvest.
Including luminaries such as Pierre Hermé, Sadaharu Aoki and François Payard, these elite pastry and chocolate artists are all members of France’s renowned Relais Desserts Association, a members-only group of masters representing 19 countries.
Guests will mix and mingle with these culinary virtuosos while tasting their imaginative, expertly crafted desserts from across the globe and enjoying bubbly and refreshments. A selection of savory bites prepared by some of New York’s most notable chefs, including Geoffrey Zakarian, Anita Lo, Bill Telepan, and Marcus Samuelsson, will also be offered.
100% of the proceeds will benefit City Harvest and help fight hunger in New York City.
