ArchivesSpace Member Forum 2016

Join fellow ArchivesSpace members for this free event to share and learn about experiences implementing, using, and developing for ArchivesSpace. Members of the ArchivesSpace Governance Board, Advisory Councils, and Program Team will also be on hand to provide updates about recent developments

Schedule Overview

9:00 a.m. to noon: hands-on workshops (registration required)

noon to 1:00 p.m.: box lunches available for people staying for both the morning and afternoon programs

1:00 to 5:00 p.m.: afternoon activities including:

• Board and program update
• Two 75-minute concurrent session blocks
• Opportunities to mix and mingle with fellow ArchivesSpace members

Come for the full day, or just for part. Transportation between the Woodruff Library and the SAA hotel will be available at designated times.

A note on the workshops:

While there is still plenty of room to attend the Forum overall, the three morning workshops are currently full. If you’ve registered for a workshop and now find you cannot attend, please let Christine know at christine.dibella@lyrasis.org.

If you are interested in a workshop and have not yet registered, please register for the Forum, select “Unsure” for the question about attending the morning portion, then email Christine to put your name on the waitlist for a particular workshop. We are maintaining lists for all three workshops and will notify people if a space opens up in their desired workshop. As with workshop registration itself, workshop waitlists are first come, first served.
