Description

This course is given free of charge. Registration doors will open at 7:30 AM. Training begins at 8 AM, and runs until 5 PM, with a one hour lunch break from 12 PM - 1 PM.

Rated efficiency of cooling equipment can only be achieved if system has proper airflow and refrigerant charge. Attendees will learn why system airflow is critical to properly measure refrigerant charge and the various acceptable methods to accurately measure system airflow. Attendees will also learn the proper procedures to perform the three basic methods of refrigerant charge, including super heat, sub-cool, and weigh-in and acceptable tolerances to ensure system performance.

Techinicians earn 6 NATE CEHs toward re-certification in all specialties except Refrigeration Installation, and/or 6 BPI CEUs.
