June is a time of transition in schools. During times of transition, how do we support students and faculty with care? What can inspire us when we need it most? Why is it important to be intentional for ourselves and others? This is a unique and interactive workshop designed for educators processing and navigating change. Participants will embark on a journey of discovery while learning simple visual storytelling techniques to explore the transitions happening around them and to them. Participants will also leave with inspiration and connections with other educators. Gain fresh perspectives and deeper insights into transitions and be in a supportive and joyful space with us.
Participants will:
- Inspiration as you navigate transitions for yourself and others.
- Practical visual storytelling techniques that can be applied to other aspects of your work and life.
- Supportive connections with other educators going through transitions themselves.
AUDIENCE
This program is intended for school leaders, classroom teachers, other staff, DEI folks transitioning in/out of the work, and anyone wanting to reflect on the transitions around them.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens. We understand that there will be times when you cannot attend a workshop that you have registered and paid for. Registration may be transferred to a different person up to 7 days before a session. However refunds will not be given, and a session missed for any reason will not be refunded.
For our Online Workshops, refunds are available up to fourteen days before the session. Please contact us directly or make the request within Eventbrite.
Please contact us by email as soon as you know you cannot attend an online workshop and cannot transfer registration. This will allow us time to contact our waitlist and hopefully fill your spot.
You will receive a full refund if CATDC chooses to cancel this event.
