5th Annual Women's Leadership Summit

The Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) Summit - A day dedicated to the development of women leaders from company sponsors that either have a Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) or a desire to start one.

The Women's Leadership Network was started out of a grassroots effort for successful business women in companies in the Twin Cities to come together, collaborate and share business practices, all supporting women’s growth in their careers. The Women’s Leadership Summit brings together women to examine the impacts of economic, demographic and social forces on today’s business leaders – and to explore how women can harness the momentum of this dynamic environment.

Ecolab’s E3 has been an active participant in the WLN since the first summit in 2010 and proudly hosts this 5th anniversary summit.
