The Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Sacramento (LECS) is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization which began in 1977.
Chaplains provide a secular purpose by attending to the post trauma reactions on scene, .
Chaplains serve law enforcement families and community members.
Chaplains offer practical guidance and compassion-resources serves all community memmbers regarless of race, culture, nationality, or religion.
Law Enforcement, community leaders, administrators, and corporate executives trust the integrity of this program to consistently provide the highest level of service to their departments.
LECS is dependent upon the support of the community (i.e. individuals, businesses, and churches). A diverse Board of Directors serves as a governing body to oversee personnel, policy, and planning and to monitor the fiscal integrity of the organization.
