GHS Homecoming Football Game -- GHS vs Fort Worth Poly

Note: Game ticket must be purchased separately and is not included in reunion ticket price.

Saturday, October 4:

Family Picnic

11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

All are welcome to this event and there is no charge for family members. Bring a picnic lunch for your family, and let your children play on the playground while you visit with friends. Note: Even if you don't have children, please join us anyway for this casual gathering.

Reunion Party -- the Main Event!

7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Lancaster Theatre

300 S. Main St., Grapevine, Texas

Join us in historic downtown Grapevine for a buffet dinner, cash bar, music and entertainment and a photo booth complete with GHS memorabilia! Attire is dressy casual.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have lists at the door Friday and Saturday nights.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, because we must put down deposits and pay in advance for several items, we cannot offer refunds after September 7.

What is included in the ticket price?

Your ticket price includes food for both Friday and Saturday nights, entertainment, facility rentals, decorations and other event management costs. We worked hard to keep the ticket price as low as possible. If our ticket revenue exceeds event costs, we will use the remaining funds to buy something for the high school in honor of our class.

Are the ticket prices per couple?

No, you must buy a separate ticket for your guest. Children attending the picnic on Saturday are free.

Can I buy tickets at the event?

It is highly preferred that you buy the tickets in advance. The event organizers must provide payment to vendors in advance, as well as give final counts to the caterers. However, if you need to buy a ticket at the door, you can do so for $60 via cash or check.

Can I bring my children?

The events planned at Ron's Corner Tavern and Lancaster Theatre for Friday and Saturday night are adult only, but please feel free to bring your children to the football game on Friday and to the family picnic on Saturday, Oct. 4 at Dove Park (1509 Hood Lane, Grapevine, TX) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.!

Are there hotel accommodations available?

Because of the uncertain number of attendees, we did not block rooms at an area hotel. Please take care of your own accommodations. Nearby hotels include the Gaylord Texan, Great Wolf Lodge, and Embassy Suites.
