2016 Pre-PAX Dinner @ The Merchant

Welcome to the 2016 Pre-PAX Dinner! This is a really fun dinner held on the eve of PAX East to kick off the weekend! Come meet some new friends and hangout with a bunch of other PAXers. If you're planning on attending other pre-PAX events this evening then its a great place to meet up and grab a good meal before heading out into the night!

Tickets include appetizers and meal, this will be a cash bar for all beverages.

What food will be served at dinner?

There will be lite appetizers served prior to dinner. However, your choice of plated meal includes:

• ALL NATURAL BURGER with Aged Cheddar, housemade bacon, black pepper aoli, brioche, fries

• SLOW ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST with Mashed potatoes, spinach, mustard jus

• CRISPY POTATO CAKE with Egg yolk, truffles, roasted mushrooms, mushroom jus

• STUFFED PEPPER with Wild mushroom and goat cheese stuffing, wild rice, pepper confit

Kids meal options (ages 3-12)

How will the organizer know what I want to eat?

Please send your meal selection to the organizer when you buy your ticket.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The event is open to all ages. However, you should bring proper ID if you plan on ordering alcoholic beverages.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Please bring your printed ticket, it will speed up the check in process.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you can't make it please feel free to give your printed ticket to a friend. Only one check-in per ticket, and tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, but again only on check-in per ticket.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Advance ticket purchase is required, there will be no tickets sold at the door. Please contact the organizer with any questions regarding ticket sales.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can make changes to the registration information until the close of ticket sales. However tickets are non-refundable.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The Merchant is located at 60 Franklin Street. They are just steps away from Faneuil Hall – Quincy Market, the Aquarium, Trolley Car pick up points, the Greenway Parkade, Greenway Waterfountains and the Custom House.

If you're driving you can park at 33 Arch Street Garage (Nighttime Parking 3:30-3:00am, up to 10 hours - $6 with validation).

The closest MBTA stops are:

Blue Line Aquarium Station and State Street

Red Line Downtown Crossing

Orange Line State Street and Downtown Crossing

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if the event is cancelled tickets will be fully refunded.
