Join the Indy Spartans for a picnic in the park!
State Park Admission: $7 per in-state vehicle/$9 per out-of-state vehicle
Activities during the picnic will include scholarship awards presentations, picnic games for all ages and fun for the kids. Lunch and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
If you can, we ask that everyone please bring a dish to share. Last year we ended up with too many of the same dishes, so this year we will try to organize a little better. If your last name starts with the letters:
A through M: please bring a dessert
N through Z: please bring a side dish (salad, fruit, chips, etc.)
For those interested, alcohol is permitted in the park for guests age 21 and over. We ask that you remember this is a family event and small children will be in attendance. Please monitor your beverages to ensure the safety of Spartans under age 21.
Fort Harrison State Park has restrooms and a playground right near the picnic shelter. Come early or stay late to enjoy the park’s paved and rustic trails for hiking and biking, fishing access, and more!
