Step 1: REGISTER

NGCOA member MCOs and TROs will each receive two (2) complimentary registrations for company top executives. Your first comp registration includes the Yamaha Golf Outing but the second does not; your second executive will have the option to choose either "#2 Free Registration (without Yamaha Golf Outing)" or "#2 Free Registration (plus Yamaha Golf Outing)" for an additional $250 when registering. We welcome and encourage additional executive-level colleagues at the standard rate.

NOTE: If your company is not an NGCOA member, you can join NGCOA today and send two top executives to MCOR21; please email Jay Andersen, NGCOA’s Director of Membership, at jandersen@ngcoa.org. He can share all the benefits available to multi-course owners and golf management companies. Once you join NGCOA, he can process your two FREE MCOR21 registrations.

Step 2: BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS

Once you complete this registration process, please book your room(s) at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa. The NGCOA has secured the following rates for MCOR21 attendees and sponsors:

  • Inland View: $248 per night ++
  • Water View: $387 per night ++
  • Water View with Balcony: $426 per night ++
  • Valet parking fee: $29

Remember to reference the “National Golf Course Owners Association” when you make your reservation. You must guarantee your reservation with a credit card which will be charged your first night’s room and tax.

HOTEL CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the hotel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

COVID-19 Protection Policy

For the health and well being of all attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff (participants), COVID-19 vaccination is strongly encouraged for all MCOR21 attendees. As part of the registration process, all attendees will be asked to attest they will be fully-vaccinated (14 days past one dose of J&J, or 14 days past second dose of Pfizer/Moderna) by November 8, 2021. Attendees will also be asked to show proof of vaccination (vaccination card or photo) or at registration in order to pick up their MCOR21 badge.
All non-vaccinated participants will be required to wear masks at all times during indoor functions, or outdoors when in close proximity to others, unless a designated speaker, panelist, or engaged in dining activities. Exempt from this requirement are any individuals who attest with a documented medical condition or disability from their physician that prevents wearing a mask (per current California regulations).
It is recommended that all attendees come prepared with masks should local, state, or federal mandates change during the course of the event. N95s are highly recommended due to the transmissibility of the Delta and Lambda variants.
Please note, at any given time, should local, state, or federal regulations change related to COVID-19 mandates, the NGCOA will adjust this policy as permitted.

MCOR21 CANCELLATION POLICY

If received in writing on or before October 25, 2021 a $75 administration fee will be applied. There will be NO refunds for registration cancellations after October 25, 2021.
