Cancellation policy and ticket transfers

If you need to cancel before September 1, you'll receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Sorry, no refunds after September 1.

You may transfer your ticket to someone else at any time, without penalty. Please let us know if this happens, so our registration records are up to date and we don't rudely turn them away at the door. :-)

Program subject to change

All the speakers on Fluxible's program have confirmed their talks and workshops. However, life happens, right? We reserve the right to substitute speakers and adjust the schedule if necessary.
