When & Where
Grace Oughton Cancer Foundation
The Grace Oughton Cancer Foundation was established in 2006, originally to support the Oughton family as their daughter Grace fought a rare form of pediatric cancer. While Grace’s valiant fight against Neuroblastoma ended in October of 2007, the dream to help other children fighting cancer did not die. The Grace Oughton Cancer Foundation is committed to helping Fredericksburg Area families fighting pediatric cancer by providing clinical, psycho-social, wellness, financial, and logistical support. We are also proud to offer a unique Mobile Lab service for Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Patients in our area. The Mobile Lab helps pediatric cancer patients with a simple, but often time-consuming component of their clinical care. Additionally, the Mobile Lab has partnered with Be The Match to fund, staff, and run regular bone marrow registration drives in our region. The mobile lab project, along with our previously existing programs, moves the organization even closer to our ultimate goal of a Fredericksburg Regional Pediatric Cancer Clinic. We are a registered non-stock corporation recognized as a 501(c)3 charitable organization by the IRS. Our Federal Tax ID number is 20-5721036.
