Relay For Life is a community event where people of all ages and from all walks of life come together for a common cause- to fight cancer! Normally communities walk, jog, run relay style around the track at football fields or parks for 12 hours. We have decided to host a 5 hour version of Relay For Life for our Airport community on our brand new 10R-28L Runway! We ask that you gather your co-workers, friends and family to form a team. Identify a team Captain who will recruit 5 – 15 people who share a passion and commitment to raise money now until August 23rd! All of our fundraising efforts are culminated and celebrated at the actual Relay For Life event on Saturday, August 23rd where all of our teams will set-up 10x10 canopies, host a fundraiser as their site and walk the runway.
