Step Into Success with COPE is a collaborative partnership between Step Into Success, a Tennessee-based nonprofit organization, and COPE: Community Outreach Programs and Education. Together, we are committed to empowering youth through education, exposure, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities.

Through the Step Into Success with COPE Youth Summer Camp, we aim to create a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where young people can discover their gifts, build confidence, learn practical life skills, and connect with positive leaders who believe in their future. This camp is designed to expose youth to new opportunities, encourage personal growth, and help them take meaningful steps toward success.

Our shared goal is simple: to invest in the next generation, bridge gaps in access and opportunity, and remind every young person that they have purpose, potential, and a place to succeed.
