UConn Writing Center

In addition to offering individual tutorials, the UConn Writing Center offers a series of workshops for both graduate and undergraduate students--and retreats and dissertation boot camps for graduate students. Here, you'll find sign-ups for things like:

- personal statement workshops

- workshops on things like abstract writing, literature reviews, and contextualizing research, among other topics

- workshops for English language learners

- the "Start the Semester off Write!" series

- Saturday writing retreats for grad students

- dissertation boot camps for advanced grad students
