Xavier G. Dunson

Known for his charming smile and enthusiastic attitude, Xaviers a comic to watch from the Columbus, Ohio area. He’s done improv comedy at Ohio state with 8th floor improv, opened a show for Honest John from Def Jam comedy, Sweet baby Kita from Hart of the city, and even hosted a couple shows at the funny stop comedy club. In July 2021, Xavier was on a back to basics comedy showcase for Bob Sumner, co-creator of Def Jam & Laff M.O.B.B., where he was praised for his creative joke writing personally by Bob. Xavier also did a show with some of Ohio's best comics, on an HBCU college tour show with Wild'N Out Cast member Mope Williams. He does daily sketches, posts his favorite memes, and snippets of his personal life on his social media, where he has grown his Instagram following to over 100k followers, and his Tiktok to over 30k! He currently runs 2 comedy open mics in the Columbus Ohio area; Sunday afternoons at Summit Music Hall, Tuesday nights at Fives Up High. He also host a podcast called ‘Mic Side Chat’ where talked to other comics at open mics & shows that he attends. And finally, he pushes out a monthly comedy newsletter, to promote his upcoming shows, and provides comedy resources to his network of friends, fans, and followers.
