He has 18.5 years of IT experience with multinational companies such as TCS and HCL Technologies. He is a strong delivery focused leader who lead large teams for fortune 100 customers such as Motorola, Microsoft, Fuji Xerox, Western Union.

Srikanth has done Senior Management Program during 2012-2013 from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and has done B.E Mechanical during 1994-1998 from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi.

Srikanth is very passionate about Agile and has contributed to Agile communities by publishing articles. He is SPC4, SA, CSP, CSM, PMP, Six Sigma GB certified leader.

Srikanth’s philosophy is to share the knowledge and experience gained in Agile to all those aspiring Agilists and groom them as better scrum masters, product owners, product managers and agile coaches.
