UTRGV Border SPICES Program

To provide Border SPICES scholars opportunties to engage in community experiences, Border SPICES Program of College of Education, P-16 Integration  is offering monthly parent workshop to parents of children with special needs, for the purpose of  helping parents make informed decisions.
