UINCAP (International Union of Capoeira) is a community-based charity working in Lambeth for over 20 years.

UINCAP exists to improve wellbeing, redress systemic inequalities, create opportunities and improve outcomes, particularly for those from global majority and low-income backgrounds.

Using capoeira sports, dance, music, visual arts, therapies, family support services and structured play, our provision improves wellbeing, builds confidence, resilience and transferable skills and strengthens community connection.
