TrainWithDrew’s Tone up class

Hey potential Toner!
 
I want you to know I’m bringing a fun, intense and training session style class to you. You will be put through various bodyweight exercises that will help you feel better physically, become stronger and look better.  
 
My GOAL for YOU: My goal is to help you become a 2.0 better looking version of yourself.
 
This class will consist of:
20min Upper body or Lower body
20min Abs 
5-7min intense aerobics 
5 min Stretching 
 
For my advanced participates: i would advise you to bring weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells or a medium strentgh resistance band. You can also bring ankle weights  for core and glute workouts.
