" Tokyo " aka Rich P. has been a imprint in the NYC nightlife industry scene since his days interning at " BAD BOY ENT " in 1998. Under the tutor ledge of then Promotions & A&R Director

" Supa Mario " It was there where he learned the art of the music industry thru record & street marketing promotions. This opportunity led him to a promotions job with arguably NYC's top event planner Jessica Rosenblum. While under Jessica from 1999-2004 Tokyo assisted her with many of her productions which consisted of doing events for music industry's hottest artist & moguls such as, Busta Rhymes, Chris Lighty, Usher, 50 cent, MTV VMA's , & Puffy just to name a few.

Tokyo made many industry connections while under Jessica , which led him to starting his own entity DBO Eventz in 2004. While co-owning DBO Eventz with "ZIPloc Reem " thru 2010, Tokyo had a successful & memorable event run at venues such as Mars 2112,Coda, Blvd, Supper Club, Capitale, Eden, China club , Oceans8 just to name a few, & even created a staple Annual October event called " Outta Control " which has been a Libra  Mega event since 2004.

In 2010 Tokyo started Tok Fresh Media which is a entity which not only continues to plan events, but dwell in to the new millennial wave of social media strategy & marketing. With over 26 years of experience in the industry Tokyo remains relevant & plans to keep his events refreshing & inspiring future urban promoters to not only meet the compliments of previous events but also aspire to reach higher levels for their future events.
