The NOSTAGAIN Network

Since 2022, the NOSTAGAIN Network has launched 3 symposiums and 1 workshop, led by a McGill neuroscientist-artist, exploring what nostalgia looks like, feels like, and can do. Founded as a group of 6 graduate students at the Milieux Institute of Concordia University, Montréal, we expanded to 60+ nostalgic members from Canada, the United States, Brazil, Italy, Paris, India, and Sweden.

Our members range from nostalgia scholars to theatre practitioners, caregivers to composers, architects to game designers. We are always looking for more members and collaborators: https://nostagain.ca/the-network/

Ultimately, we want to critically understand what nostalgia looks like in everyday culture, but also to create a community where can celebrate personal nostalgias.
