We believe in the power of lived experiences, our team includes individuals who have first hand knowledge of mental health challenges training and upskilling them, ensuring a compassionate and understanding approach. Many of our courses, groups and training are co-designed, and the profits from our initiatives are reinvested into our local mental health projects to create lasting impact within our community.
