Business Owner - Erica is a professional health and wellness counselor who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Erica is known for guiding individuals through self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, addictions and overall health concerns through one-on-one counseling, workshops and wellness retreats.

Erica overcame her own personal challenges and found peace through wellness and healing practices such as yoga, mediation and multiple mindful methods. She now dedicates her work to helping men, women and teens overcome these similar concerns.

Holistic Health and Wellness Coach – Erica studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition out of New York City. There she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness and interactive coaching skills.

Global Masters of Business Administration – Erica studied at Southern NH University where she learned to apply international business concepts and real world experiences to assess global business phenomena in a variety of cultural, political, social and economic contexts.

200 hour yoga certification – Erica will be traveling to Rishikesh, India for the month of November 2019 for in-depth training on physical, mental and historical teachings of yoga

Reiki Master – Erica received her reiki training in 2018 - 2021
