Dr. Isaac Y. Addae is the Founder and CEO of The Conscious Group, a social-benefit advisory firm dedicated to awakening leadership, strengthening communities, and advancing global Black connection through dialogue, cultural immersion, and strategic engagement.

He launched Conscious Conversation in February 2016 as a grassroots platform in Nashville, Tennessee, to convene Black leaders and communities around identity, economics, and systemic change. Over the past decade, the platform has hosted more than 25 events, engaging thousands of residents across civic, nonprofit, academic, and private sectors.

Today, under The Conscious Group, Conscious Conversation serves as a flagship convening series that integrates cultural experience, moderated dialogue, and community activation. The broader organization also produces Conscious Immersion international learning journeys and advisory engagements focused on leadership, Diaspora engagement, and global connection.

Through each gathering, The Conscious Group creates intentional spaces where culture, consciousness, and strategy intersect.
