Hi, I'm Tara Well, a motivational psychologist and professor at Barnard College of Columbia University.  Mirrors are my passion. Though commonly used as vehicles for either self-criticism or self-admiration, I've found that mirrors can also be used to reduce stress and increase self-compassion. The Clear Mirror Guided Meditation events are designed to show you how to release your inner critic and false images, and deepen your authentic presence.  Each event is a unique experience with a different emerging theme.
