Tammy has been a mushroom enthusiast for over 25 years; studying, cultivating and hunting mushrooms in New Mexico, Colorado, Oregon, California, and Hawaii. She often attends the Telluride Mushroom Festival getting inspired by the latest developments and research of the wild world of fungi.
