Talitha Dance specializes in helping you get the most out of your zumba workout. Our movement progressions help you personalize your zumba workout so you feel encouraged by your success and motivated to keep at it. Our zumba partiers love our easy to follow routine and challenging pace that leaves them feeling like champs!




Established in 2016.


Talitha Dance started with me, Talitha, trying to keep fitness in my everyday routine and realizing how helpful it is to exercise with others. When I found Zumba, a fitness form that incorporated my love for dance, I not only wanted to be a part of it, I wanted to share it. Over time Talitha Dance has developed into a wellness forum encouraging fitness for the mind, body, and soul.




I created Talitha Dance to promote dance/movement and fitness for all ages and abilities by hosting regular Zumba classes, visiting other dance/movement/fitness classes, and sharing information abut these opportunities.


My inspiration to start Talitha Dance was seeing people like me, with busy lifestyles, trying to get and stay healthy. My holistic approach to wellness in my own life and my desire to give back to the community are unique qualities that drive the direction of Talitha Dance. It's exciting and rewarding to see people finding their wellness groove and enjoying living healthier, and I always look forward to being a part of that process.
