Laurie Lowe, PharmD, RPh is the Founder and Director of Take The Lead. She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate learning and development, facilitation, leader coaching, and Medical Affairs Field Excellence. Laurie has led capabilities development workshops globally.

Laurie combines her professional expertise with her connection to equine which deepened when she adopted a miniature donkey that wandered into her yard. Two years after the adoption, she co-founded, Minis With A Mission, an all-volunteer 501C3, and soon earned certification as a facilitator in Equine Assisted Learning through The Equine Connection.

She now partners with her four donkey teachers, in Take The Lead programs. Together they create powerful experiences inspired by solution-focused thinking, outcomes-based curricula, and the gentle wisdom of donkeys.

Professional Certifications include: Go Make A Difference (GO MAD) Coach, Insights Discovery Facilitator, Developmental Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator, Salience Learning Medical Training Academy, and Equine Connection-The Academy of Equine Assisted Learning.
