The China health declaration form contains the basic information about the invitee. It includes the name of the invited guest as well as the date of invitation, document number and place of stay. Without the approval of the Chinese consulate, a person cannot apply for a Chinese visa directly. They must submit their request on the form provided by the Chinese Embassy. Follow the instructions on the form to apply for a China visa.
To exchange their visa number in a foreign country, Chinese citizens must surrender their original passports or present a new passport after approval by the Chinese Embassy. Before the consul will accept the invitation letter from the Foreign Ministry, one must present their passport and their previous passport. China visa is only valid on the spot of issuance. China visa application cannot be processed if the previous passport is not present.
The third type of currency for the currency exchange is the USA dollar. For any currency exchange, such as the GBP or the Euro, the US dollar exchange rate is used. For the exchange of currencies, one China visa application can be done either with the use of the pound, the Euro or the Yuan. For the final decision, however, one must contact China's embassy directly.
