- At Summit Care Partners, we are dedicated to providing education, planning, and support for end-of-life. We support and advocate for an informed, death-centric community of individuals and families who are adequately prepared for the final stage of life.
- Our mission is to destigmatize conversations about death and dying, making it easier for people to plan for the future before a medical crisis arises. We believe in the power of community and meaningful dialogue to foster understanding and preparedness.
- We host engaging events designed to spark connection and conversation, such as our popular "Death Over Drafts" gatherings at breweries and "Grapes & Graves" events at wineries. These events blend casual, fun environments with guided end-of-life discussions, paired with food and drink to create a welcoming atmosphere.
