SLOFunny Comedy produces a variety of standup comedy shows throughout SLO County. We began with in 2022 with our Main Event, the SLOFunny Comedy Show. The SLOFunny Comedy show is like no other in the area and features five headlining comedians performing 20 minute sets on each show. All truly amazing comedians, each show is curated to create the best comedy experience for the audience.
In January 2023, we started the SLOFunny Comedy Gym in Los Osos. The "Gym" is a monthly showcase for local, SLO County comedians, with a professional host and headliner. This is an opportunity for audiences to see local comedians perform and grow in the profession. This is not an open mic, but rather a show that allows the local, performing comedians a chance to showcase their rehearsed material before a comedy loving audience.
Beginning in April 2023, the SLOFunny Comedy Jamboree will take place beginning the 2nd Thursday of each month, through Sunday. Four great, local venues throughout the county and four shows. The Jamboree is your enhanced local comedy show, bring our lineups to your neighborhood. Three professional, touring headliners; one pecial guest; and two local comedians. Thursday nights, enjoy some food and Farmers Market, then head over to Highwater SLO on Broad Street for some laughs. Friday nights during the Jamboree will be hosted by Tooth and Nail Winery in Paso Robles. Saturdays in South County (location TBD) and Sundays at the Eagles Airee in Morro Bay.
