Healing instruments, crafted into a unique sonic journey, will guide you to a state of deep relaxation and restorative presence of mind.

A 60-75 minute immersive sound bath meditation.

A sonic journey created with a range of healing instruments.

An opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation.

Time: 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM (Doors open 6:00 PM to 6:20 PM)

Location: Multnomah Arts Center, Dance Studio #20, 7688 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97219

Parking: Lot D is recommended (map provided).

Accessibility: ADA accessible.

What to Bring:

A mat or cushion for sitting or lying on the floor.

A blanket, pillow, and eye mask for added comfort (highly recommended).

Important:

To ensure a peaceful and immersive experience, please arrive between 6:00 PM and 6:20 PM. We will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.

This is a space for shared relaxation and mindfulness. We welcome participants 12 years and older who can maintain a respectful and calm environment.
