I believe that goals such as quality learning and quality teachers, safe schools, and community/parent involvement should be priorities of a school district; this is the type of district I am thankful to teach for. I can provide a safe environment that promotes passion and enthusiasm for lifelong learning, and mentor youth through the education they will need to be successful. Students deserve to learn in an environment that is encouraging and challenging. I can effectively address all intelligences, relate concepts to real life situations, and provide the students with frequent feedback in order to support educational growth. I believe that my enthusiastic personality, my talent, and my belief in a strong educational foundation has led me to success in the teaching field.

I have learned many wonderful ways to engage the students and plan lessons that focus on "Teaching First" and differentiating to accommodate learners individually. I have acquired extensive classroom management skills and am able to run a structured and successful classroom. I am a teacher who cares about and believes in student success. I am able to effectively communicate with families and community members. I enjoy supporting, empowering, and equipping parents and families to be involved and to continue accomplishing education goals at home.
