Hi, I'm Rosamaria.

I'm a career coach passionate about helping young professionals thrive in the workplace. I serve recent college graduates, first-generation professionals, women of color professionals, and up-and-coming professionals just starting their careers. I help them jump over, bypass, or sidestep the most frequent career roadblocks they face in the workplace in those first few years of their career.
