Rooted Together Network

Natasha Jade is the founder of Rooted Together network, a growing community supporting families with children to create calmer, more connected family lives.

With a background in Creative Arts, Forest School, and Montessori practice, Natasha brings a gentle, relationship-centred approach to family wellbeing.

Her work experience spans twenty years and blends both Montessori principles, nervous system regulation awareness, self-compassion practices and nature-based experiences to support both children and parents to thrive — not through pressure or perfection, but through small, meaningful shifts in everyday life.

Rooted Together offers a range of accessible, community-focused experiences including:

* Walk & Waddle – slow, guided nature sessions for parents with babies and young children up to the age of seven. (Older siblings welcome - No dogs!)

* Wellbeing Club for Home Learning Families – supportive group spaces to connect, reflect, and grow together in various South West locations.

* Pop-Up Summer Rooted Together Activities – seasonal outdoor sessions designed to nurture creativity, play, and connection (suitable for festivals).

At the heart of this work is a simple belief: when families feel supported, children flourish.

Natasha’s events are welcoming, inclusive, and designed to help families feel less alone on their journey — while reconnecting with themselves, each other, and the natural world.

Natasha Jade is creating something gentle and deeply needed. Her MA endeavour, Rooted Together, is a community initiative supporting families in the earliest years through connection, nature, and shared experience. Grounded in her work as a Montessori-informed guide, it comes from a simple belief: both children and parents do better when they feel calm, seen, and connected.

“I believe humans are naturally designed to grow together in community,” she says.

That idea is taking shape as Walk & Waddle, a series of slow, pram-friendly walks set in a local nature reserve at Avalon Marshes Centre, Natural England site. It’s a space for families to spend time outdoors and connect with others going through a similar stage of life, without pressure or expectation.

Alongside this, Natasha is beginning to build an online platform for the Rooted Together network, extending that sense of connection beyond in-person sessions to share the supportive and 7-Seeds Method within the home.
