Rebuild Yourself Inc. is a dynamic nonprofit dedicated to empowering teens through mental wellness, creativity, and real community connection. We create youth-centered spaces where young people can build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and grow emotionally, especially those navigating chronic illness, major life transitions, or challenges with self-esteem.

From virtual support circles and after-school sessions to hands-on workshops, social outings, creative art nights, and teen wellness initiatives, every RYI event is designed to spark courage, connection, and confidence. Whether it’s a back-to-school bash, a mental health art experience, or a leadership-building workshop, we show up with purpose — and teens leave feeling empowered.
